  1. Kill active netbackup job on Solaris

My Netbackup is running on Solaris 9. I need to know if there is a method
of showing the active jobs and killing a specific one via telnet. My backup
server is on a secure network which is not visible directly. I have to telnet
to another server to then telnet to it and therefore the GUI interface cannot
    be reached.

    Anybody know?

bpps -a |grep bpbrm to show the backup jobs
kill to kill the job. The pid is the second column in the above output

bpdbjobs will show you the same information from the command line as from
the GUI. Find the job ID of the job you want to cancel, then
    bpdbjobs -cancel

    In addition to ps' response,

o bpadm is the character-mode interface for NetBackup
o the Commands Reference Manual is your friend
