Good morning,

The messages on Exchange 2003 queue every time the mailbox backups run and
only releases the emails when they've completed. Is it possible to automatically
stop the Trend Scanmail services when mailbox backups starts and restart
the services once the mailbox backup is completed? It is believed that Netbackup
as well as Scanmail could be trying to access the same mailbox/mail during
the backups.

Please advice.
