  1. Easy way to determine patch level?

I have around 400 servers I manage with Netbackup 5.1 installed, has anyone
found any easy way to determine what patch level their servers are at short
of logging in and checking? The console shows that they are at 5.1 but not
    what mp level.

Exists the file version.txt at ...\VERITAS\NetBackup on Windows. So it
is just a matter of scripting.

v4.5 and 3.4 used to show patch levels as well as major revision [ie 4.5MP6].
But I noticed in my latest client data download, 5.1 does not.

I suppose you could run bppllist and try to correlate the build date with
    a patch level:

    bppllist -L -verbose -byclient servername
    <2>bppllist: INITIATING: version NetBackup 5.1 created: 2004043015
