I've got an issue where backups don't want to start. I tried kicking off a
backup manually and it never entered the list of active backups (not even
as queued). When I look at bprd logs I see the following:

16:05:26.409 [25290] <2> bpsched_main: empty-main bpsched already started,
pid: 24990
16:05:26.409 [25290] <2> write_worklists_to_file: writing work to /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpsched.d/worklist.25290

16:06:45.497 [25550] <2> ?: post process images: yes
16:06:45.497 [25550] <2> ?: keep tir: yes

The logs continue for different clients, but the one line that consistently
crops up is:

log_client_queued: empty-main bpsched is busy

Does anyone know what's holding up bpsched?
