    From the Admin Console on the Master server (Enterprise 5.1MP3) select a
    media & device management, media,.robots, select media, right click and select
    eject volumes from robot, to eject and error media access port is unavailable
    (251) 0,0,0. Any one seen an error like this?

    Haven't seen that error before.
    Have you tried to manually eject media from the Library itself (is that possible
    ?) might eliminate whether it's a h/w fault.
