Exchange backup error BEDS 0xFFFFFE2D

Hi,

In NBU/Exchange environment, the Exchange mailbox backups failing with the
following error.Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\*****\Top of Information Store\Inbox\?????
?????????? ?? ???~1????? (BEDS 0xFFFFFE2D: The backup of the item is bad.

My environmnet contains NBU5.0MP4 along with Exchange2003 agent which is
running on NBU5.0MP4.

I couldn't find any information about this on Support website and NewsGroups.
Is anyone resolved this issue?
