I tried to configure the trigger unable_to_restart_had, but it seems not be
executed. After killing had 6 times hashadow-err_A.log shows VCS:11310:Successfully
executed unable_to_restart_had trigger:

cat /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/triggers/unable_to_restart_had
wall /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/triggers/unable_to_restart_had.wall

I am running VCS 3.5 MP2 on Solaris 8.

Any comments are highly appreciated.
