Can you manually do enable the volume group the same way cluster is doing.
I think that the diskgroup name is not correct .
Your diskgroup is dg and cluster is taking ds

Thanks for the reply, I actually found out from techsupport that the original
document I was following was "flawed". It would not work if you followed
it exactly.
