When running a IDR restore with BackupExec 9.1 on a Windows 2003 server it
fails with the following error message:
ERROR REPORTED 520
c:\windows\system32\bkupexec\bedrwiz.exe /sifpath=c:\windows\repair\asr.sif
UNRECOVERABLE ERROR, ASR CANNOT CONTINUE ON THIS MACHINE
