I am trying to upgrade our Veritas BEWS 9.0 to 9.1. I burned the update to
a CD and ran "Browse." When I click on Install, I get the following event
error:
Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0
MsiInstaller -- event id 1015
Can someone point me in the right direction?
