  1. BE 8.6 Remote Agent causing failed job status

I've received tis error message now for the second day. My backup did perform
a standard backup. The thing that puzzles me is that the sever it's failing
on I'm backing up 2 drives and the remote agent works fine on the 2nd drive.
I've restarted the agent and ran a test backup worked fine. Any suggestions.

Access is denied to Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000 - performing standard
    backup.
(You must be a Backup Operator or an Administrator to use the Remote Agent
    for Windows NT/2000.)
WARNING: Media servers cannot completely protect remote
Windows 2000 servers or workstations unless the Backup
Exec Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000 is installed
and running on each remote Windows 2000 server or
workstation to be protected. Data loss can occur if the
Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000 is not running
while backing up remote Windows 2000 computers.
