questions about Backup Exec 9.0 for windows server

Hi

I have just upgrade a server from 8.6 to 9.0
then when I do a test run with tape drive, the jobs all failed.
but if I backup something to disk, the jobs were successful.

I have post this mail with error logs, hope that someone would help me.
