What is up with a00084d5 HEX errors in BE 9.0

I have been getting these ever since upgradeing to 9.0 on my mail site
backup server.

We are useing a Qualstar TLS-4222 with 2 AIT-2 drives. I was getting this
and other fun errors on my upgraded in place backup server. I am still
getting this error on both of the other servers I have tired.

I have replaced server, scsi cableing, controler, and the tapes in the
libary with a fresh set to no avail. I just randomly get this error and
failed jobs.

Frustrated...
