trying enabling hardware compression...what is your drive/tape capacity ?

Loading media more issues HELP!
I have been dealing with this problem for a week. I have tried EVERYTHING
I could find in the knowledge base and nothing works.
When a full job runs, it ends up bombing out.
I started a job at 6 this morning and just now it spit out the tape and said
loading media.
The tape should not be full. Compression is set and I only have roughly 100GBs
on a super DLT tape. For fun, I put in another tape and it didn't like that
either and spit it out.
I really need help.
I've only had BU Exec for about 6 months. Does Veritas offer free support
or do I have to pay for it?

No free support.
You can purchase support either by incident, or thru a yearly maintenance
agreement.
When it refused the second tape, was there any specific prompt, or just
