Hey everybody. Its been a while since I last posted because I am no longer
responsible for the backups. I was notified that we were getting some intermittent
problems with the backups, thus I did some research and could not find a
solution. Hopefully someone here can help. First let me give the specs:

Windows 2000 Service Pack 3
BENT ver 8.6 3808 with Exchange Agent

This event doesnt happen everytime. More like once a month. After successfully
backing the information store and exchange directory, the BENT job engine
stops unexpectedly. I get the following error in the Event Viewer:

Event ID 7031:
The Backup Exec 8.x Job Engine service terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds:
No action.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have Outlook 2000 installed on this server
as well. The Exchange Server is ver 5.5.
