After numerous tape errors, my Mammoth (M2)Exabyte drives went offline. I
have swapped drives, checked SCSI connections, reloaded drivers, reloaded
software, removed drives from program stopped and started Back Up Exec servies,
added drives back in program, but Veritas still sees them as unrecognizable
and lists them as "pink off-line". My NT Backup program sees them and runs
the job but not Veritas????? Can anyone help???
