IDR-wizard error opening file, path not found - Veritas Backup Exec

This is a discussion on IDR-wizard error opening file, path not found - Veritas Backup Exec ; On one machine the idr wizard stops with "error opening file \\server\c$\winnt\\systemroot\system32\drivers.." How can i correct this path? On the other boxes the wizard ran without errors. Bexec is 8.5 3752. thanks, peter...

    On one machine the idr wizard stops with "error opening
    file \\server\c$\winnt\\systemroot\system32\drivers.."

    would like a screen shot..
    if possible email to zeeat@hotmail.com

    is netshares enabled on that server?
    does it have a raid?
    can you browse to that folder from start run
    \\servername\c$ etc without entering any information when logged in as the
    backup exec account?

    C$ is available, its a normal SCSI-device
    and i can connect to the c$ share with the account
    i start the IDR-wizard with.

    the error message appears directly after starting the
    Image creation process, its just a message box with
    the information about the path.
