Job's don't start...
Hello,
I'm having a problem, which is very difficult to search on, since there is
no error messages, so I was wondering if someone could help me.
I have a customer that is running Backup Exec for Small Business 2000. All
of the sudden the backup jobs do not run. Even when they select "run now"
the job doesn't do anything. We have restarted the server, cleared out the
catalogs and checked the event logs with no success.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? I don't have a problem
re-installing, but I'm confused why it happend in the first place.
Thanks,
Bob

Re: Job's don't start...
Sounds like an Open Files problem. There are cases where if you select to
use Open Files Option, it will wait indefinately and you can't stop the job
unless you get involved with the OS.
Turn the feature off to test.

Re: Job's don't start...
check the time also... very important that the time is the same with your
backup clients and backup server.
