A client is reporting the following problem with the agent installed on a
Win98 computer:

When booting up, if the user logs in quick enough the agent works just fine.
If the user delays in login in, the agent either times out or freezes up to
a point where the user can't type anything thus unable to login. If the
agent times out, she can login but the agent doesn't get loaded.
