i'm running Backup Exec on the Exchange server (version 2000 )

if i want backup the mailboxes now i receive the follow :

Attach to device \\COMPUTERNAME\MicrosoftExchangeMailboxes
Please enter the unique Exchange mailbox name that belongs to the backup
exec services account :

mailbox name : ____________
Password : (grey)

How can i solve that ?
i dont find any help about that (tutorial)
what is the Backup Exec Service Account

it was working earlier,

yes outlook is installed on the machine

You need a mailbox on the Exchange server where the service account is the
primairy NT account. (i do not know how this is called in windows 2000 with
AD)

i have a outlook on the exchange server and it opens as administrator
but if i want connect to that box its unable
i dont understand
maybay security rights ?
