  1. Cannot use User-definied Shares on NAS

    Hi!

    We´re using BENT 8.5 on a NT WS 4.0.
And we need to back up a Microtest FileZerver (NAS).
I can back it up like an Unix-Agent, but sometimes it failes.
So I was advised here to use User-defined shares with an IP-Adress.
I see the volumes on NAS Server, but I have no access!
No Domain Admin, no NAS Admin, no Backup Admin.

Only still under the Unix Agents.

    Thanks !
    Martin

I had a similar problem with an HP Netstorage ===> I fixed it by upgrading
to 8.5 3572 rc9 and then applied the Hotfix in the KB and poof all was well.
