  1. BE 7.01 Jobs Keep Failling

    NT 4 Server, BENT 7.01 rev. 1616, Sony SDT-7000 DAT.
    Backup jobs keep constantly failing with I/O errors and write failures,
    we've had the DAT drive replaced, we've replaced all the tapes, we've even
    put the DAT drive on it's own adaptec SCSI card but we still get errors on
    almost every backup.
    Does anybody know where we can go from here ? I've attached one of our log
    files below for further information

    Which device driver are you using? Have you tried updating or switching?
