Change the following registry key:

HKLM / Software / Veritas / Backup Exec / Debug

Change the value of "Enabled" to 1.

Cycle the BE services and take a look to the "DATA" folder
(\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\data\)

hold on that is abit harsh go to sgmon under program files/veritas/backup
exec/nt/sgmon. select all the check boxes and leave it it will cancel by
users request
