The following error gets reported in Event Viewer about once a week on our
BU Servers:
Access to Catalog file-D:\Veritas\Catalogs\{string} failed. Reason: The process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
d:\be\tobago\3571r\becat\server\catfile.cpp(132)
This error does not cause any problems with our Backups, but i do want to
get rid of the error or at least find out why it is happening. I looked on
Veritas' knowledge base, but their solution does not apply to my problem.
They say that the IDR path is not a valid path, and to change it to a valid
path. Our IDR path is correct, but we are still getting the error. If anyone
knows the answer, you would be a great help. If possible, please email me
a response as I don't check Newsgroups but once every week or so.
