    I have an intermittent problem sometimes during the backup is running my server
    froze with any error message and I have no event in my log, this problem
    problem append on my both server NT, I installed the new version of backup
    exec 8.0 (3316), same problem.
    Please help.

    The only suggestion I can make is try the free upgrade to 8.5.

    In addition to Charles Vs suggestion I recomend that you make sure you have a
    correctly applied NT4 servicepack (I recomennd 6a). Don't forget to re-apply SP as
    soon as you made any changes to your system (excluding hotfixes of course).
