  1. BE 8.5 Job E-Mail Setup: Address List Will Not Show Contacts


    I just upgraded from BE 8.0 to 8.5. When I enable e-mail job confirmation
    in BE 8.5 (E-mail Setup in Schedule Options), and click on the Address button
    to select recipients, only the Exchange 5.5 Global Address List appears,
    not the Outlook Contacts list for the e-mail account used by the BE service
    account. The Contacts list was available for selection under 8.0, and I
    was able to pick addresses from that list. Not so with BE 8.5.

    Verify that the Profile that you are using hasn't gotten whacked, and
    that it is still configured to use Global Address book and Contacts.
