  1. Failure to recognize Robot/Changer

I have a Sony TSL9000 4mm tape drive, NT Server 4.0 recognizes it fine.
I can't get the robot/changer to be recognized in Veritas Backup Exec 7.3
for NT. I have downloaded the latest autoloader update, reinstalled drivers
for both tape drive and SCSI adapter, I have reinstalled Veritas, removed
the device, stopped and started the services. The BIOS settings and SCSI
id settings are correct Any suggestions? NT recognizes the drive and changer
    fine in SCSI adapters.

Please e-mail MarcH@cometsystems.com with any suggestions please.

  2. Re: Failure to recognize Robot/Changer-One more thing

    I got off Sony's site...it doesn't list my Adaptec 2930U2 as a supported Autoloader
device. This could be the problem....
