This past month has been a "backup" nightmare. Following the
application
of nt4sp5 and updates to Norton Corporate AV in December almost all my
BE
customers began reporting backup failures and error messages. I called
Tech
Data's smart support line and they tell me they are logging reports of
problems
that appear to be related nt4sp5 and NAV. Where are the FYI's on the
knowledge
base from Veritas. Is a paid support incident called required to be
informed
about these problems.
