Error: 1050 Unknown Device Driver Init error!!

Please Help!

Version of Backup Exec for NetWare 9.2 Build 1401.3. I replaced The tape
drive Quantum Superloader 3 w/ Overland Neo Series. Backup exec will not
come back up, last module attempting to load @ bestart from console, "Loading
module BESRVR.NLM" and then error: 1050 Unknown device driver Init error.
