  1. Unable to cancel Active Job

There is an active job stuck and I am unable to cancel. I stopped and started
Back-up Exec. after BESTOP I receive the message that not all modules were
unloaded. How do I know what was not unloaded?

I'm trying to avoid restarting the file server.

    Thanks.

I am stuck with the same problem. Mine started with a thread Abending (but
server remained running). VxNDMP_a1e125a0 is the thread "Suspended by Abend
    Recovery".

    Any help is appreciated.

Try LOAD BESTOP -A. This will attempt to force unload all modules.
Unfortunately, NDMPD.NLM is one of those modules that often will not
unload when it's stuck like that.

You can also use Novell Remote Manager to unload individual modules,
but often forcing NDMPD.NLM to unload this way triggers a server abend,
so try this as a last resort.

If the thread is abended there's nothing you can do but reboot.
NetWare won't let you unload a suspended process.
