  1. Stop an Active job

    All:

Please assist me with this. I have a client that uses Backup Exec for Netware
v 8.x. Over the holidays they did not stop the backup and now it thinks last
Wednesday is still an active job., When they try to delete it, they are told
it is an active job and cannot be altered.

How can this be stopped so they can continue daily backups.

    Thanks in advance.

So, you cannot abort the job in the normal way then (Ctrl+C)? If that
does not work you may have to unload Backup Exec using either 'BESTOP'
    or 'LOAD BESTOP -A'.
