Restore NDS error

Hello Everybody!
Novell 5.1 SP8, Backup Exec 9.0
Dsrepair can be done without errros.
Backup NDS can be done without errros.
Restore NDS is finished with errror:
"Insufficient privilege for \.\.T=name - skipped"
NDS objects are restored properly.
