We just installed an MSL6060 tape library through a fibre channel card in
a Netware 6 server. In the BackupExec software the library shows as disabled
and the drives show as disconnected. Does anyone have any suggestions on
    how to make this work?

Try the following as a starting point:

    1. BESTOP
    2. Rename :\bkupexec\mm to mm.old
    3. Rename :\bkupexec\scsiview.scv to scsiview.old
    4. BESTART

If that doesn't help, type LIST STORAGE ADAPTERS at the server console
and post back here with the results. Also, what support pack for
NetWare 6 do you have installed?

    Hope that helps.

I tried what you suggested but it didn't work. I am running sp5 for Netware
    6. I also have an additional FC card in my server that attaches directly
to a SAN that has been working using B2D folders.

Here is what LIST STORAGE ADAPTERS produced:

[V025-A0] Novell ATA/IDE Host Adapter Module
    [V025-A0-D0:0\ Compaq DVD-ROM DV28EB01 D.2F
    [V504-A1] HP Unified RAID Driver
    [V504-A1-D0:0] HP Smart Array 5i Slot 0 ID 0 LUN 0
[V597-A2] QL2300.HAM FC PCI Host Adapter Module
    [V597-A2-D2:4] COMPAQ MSA1000 VOLUME 500805F30008C560 <4.48>
    [V597-A2-D2:0] COMPAQ MSA1000 500805F30008C560 <4.48>
    [V597-A2-D2:2] COMPAQ MSA1000 VOLUME 500805F30008C560 <4.48>
[V597-A3] QL2300.HAM FC PCI Host Adapter Module
    [V597-A3-D0:2] HP Ultrium 2-SCSI F68W
    [V597-A3-D0:3] HP NS E1200-160 100000E002035996 <568c>

Can you type LOAD CONFIG /ALL at the server console and then post back
here with a copy of sys:\system\config.txt. Please ensure that you
remove serial numbers, public ip addresses and passwords before posting.
