  1. Job completed: With ERROR - Unknown NSCR Error 1

    Hi, All!!
    Anybody knows what it means?
I haven't found anything about it.

I'm running BE 9.2.1401 on a new server with a clean installation of SO and
    BE.
I'm not running AV neither on the media server nor on the remotes servers.

    Any suggestion?

    Regards
    Gabriel

This is usually a cosmetic error. Is all your data being backed up
    successfully?

Also, what version of NetWare are you running. And what version/date of
    TSAFS.NLM do you have?

    Hi, Chris.
Apparently the data is being backed up successfully.
The problem with these cosmetic errors is the result of the job because If I
schedule a job that duplicate the set after backup and the job finishes with
error, the duplication keeps on hold (does not run automatic).
I'm running BE on a NW 6.5 SP4a and the TSAFS version is 6.51 (08/08/2005).

    Any suggestion?
    Thanks in advance.

    Chris,
I don't get the error on all backups. Sometimes the same job gives the error
    and sometimes it doesn't.
At least on the new server I'm trying with new jobs and the error randomly
    happens.
I'm not using the Quick check option.

    Gabriel,

Do you get this error on all backups? Have you tried re-creating the
job to see if this helps?

Also, do you have quick check enabled in the policy? If so, try
disabling this as this has been known to cause problems.

Hmm, ok. All I can suggest is that you try installing the latest SMS
modules to see if these help:

    TSA5UP19
    http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/se...i?/2973487.htm

If you continue to have problems after that, I'd suggest you open up a
    case with Symantec.

    Hope that helps.
