    If all you're wanting to do is have a backup to disk of a few folders
    and then have that overwritten every few days, then your best bet is to
    look at defining your media overwrite protection settings. Have a look
    at the "Setting Media Overwrite Options" in the Admin Guide (p393), also
    a couple of TechNotes to check:
