    I'm running Windows 2003 server which has Backup Exec 9.1 installed and on
    the Netware 6 Server I have the remote agent for Netware installed.

    Before the Netware 6 SP4 upgrade I was able to backup everything.

    Any idea's?

    Veritas Technote on the following link seems to explain why.

    In short you seem have gotten the new tsafs.nlm activated instead of the
    older tsa600.nlm. It's handling things differently.

    Go back to using TSA600 instead of TSAFS and recreate the jobs. It is a
    pain but that seemed to fix the 'Access denied errors' on my servers.

    just delete all those files from your job
    i have seen it several times and there's no fix for it so far i know
