bckup exec can't see StoragetekL20 drive

Is this a new installation? If not, any recent changes?

Make sure you have build 4202 of BE9. Not that this is preventing you
from seeing your L20, but it's a much better build than 4175.

At the server console load you HBA driver.
Load BECDM.CDM (in SYS:BKUPEXEC\NLMS)
Type LIST STORAGE ADAPTERS. You should see your HBA followed by the
drive(s) in your L20. What do you see?

If you don't see your L20 and drives, telnet to your L20. Can you see
it and the drives there?

And finally, open a term session with the Crossroads (assuming your in
a fibre SAN) fibre/SCSI router and make sure you can see all devices
there. That would be under 'Perform config', 'Display Fibre to SCSI
mapping', 'Display attached SCSI devices'. Does everything show up
correctly there?
