Agent Accelerator - Unable to initialize

I'm running BE 8.6 for NT/2000 on a W2KP machine with an agent accelerator
on my Netware 4.11 server.

I'm also using OFO on the Novell server because of Groupwise. When I backup
my SYS volume, everything's fine, but when I run a separate job for the
GroupWise volume, I get the following error on my media server:

Unable to initialize Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000 - performing standard
backup

There is no other job running that might be using the agent.

Anyone have a solution to this?
