I am running Backup Exec version 8.5 on a Netware 5.1 server with a HP SureStore
Ultrium 215. I am getting continuous messages within the Backup Exec software
saying that the device needs to be cleaned. I clean the drive multiple times
and I still get the same message. The drive itself does not indicate it
needs to be cleaned at all. Any help is much appreciated as I am unable
to run any backups.
