    I am running Veritas backup exec desktop 98 edition and I scheduled it to
    do a full backup every m-f at 6:30pm. It worked fine for a week and then
    stopped. Now it does not run the backup at the scheduled time but it does
    not report any error of any kind and the log is empty. I have reinstalled
    it and made sure the date and time were set correctly but I get the same
    problem. Is this a known issue or Am I doing something wrong?

    the first thing i would do is to download the upgrade version 4.2.1. its
