Shortcut to a backup job - Veritas Backup Exec

This is a discussion on Shortcut to a backup job - Veritas Backup Exec ; I'm just trying out the Demo of Backup Exec Desktop Pro. Is it possible to start a backup job from a shortcut or from a batch file. I couldn't see in the help files how to do this....

    I'm just trying out the Demo of Backup Exec Desktop Pro.

    Is it possible to start a backup job from a shortcut or from a batch file.
    I couldn't see in the help files how to do this.
