    So, because you weren't prepared and didn't know what you were doing in the
    first place, it's somebody elses fault that you took 12 hours to accomplish
    something that can be done in just over an hour.

    Average users aren't 'prepared' in that sense, so it's a fair
    comparison, in my view (for what that's worth!).
