I am receiving an virus mail from an account many times in a week, I
got IP addr from mail header, how to findout who is he/she?. any
clues?. thanks.

Go to www.dnsstuff.com and enter the IP into the IPWHOIS field to find
out the ISP or company that owns the address. Then you can report it to
their administrator, who should be able to find out the specific person
using the IP at that time.

If the lookup returns an ISP in China, Korea, Taiwan, etc. you might as
well not bother, they won't do anything about it.
