I have a collection of files which look like:

"Source of File - Nice Artist - Songtitle.mp3"

a bit more complicated but that's the essence of it. I am trying to write
a script which will cut out the 2nd hyphen and everything before it.

my script uses 'echo' and that boggles on the blank spaces interpreting
them as newlines.

I am still figuring but I may as well ask, is there a one-liner bash
script which would handle this task?
