No, I always ask why.

Hey, as long as you have an excuse and KNOW why you are doing it, great.
However the majority have no idea as to why they would want or need to
update. Most likely no idea about what the downside could be, or even
that there IS a downside.

Me asking each time might let these people contemplate a bit as to WHY
the update was needed.

My standard rule is, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I learned that the
hard way. :-D
