SYSTEM NEWS FOR SUN USERS
Vol 128 Issue 1 2008-10-04 Article 20595 from section "Developer's Section"

The Value of VirtualBox on The Desktop

In a recent blog entry, Markus Weber describes the demo he helped
create for the launch of the Sun xVM portfolio.

He quips, "who would have thought a few years ago that we'd have such
offerings, and such a launch, including representation from both
Microsoft and Intel?"

He continues to describe the demo for xVM VirtualBox: "The idea is to
be able to do cross-browser and cross-platform application testing,
such as to test how certain web pages or web applications render on
those different browser and operating systems."
