The Benton Public Utility District in Kennewick Washington practices
a strong public service ethic and, as part of its continuing
dedication to providing its 45,000 customers the best possible
service, the utility has migrated its Oracle PeopleSoft applications
to browser-based versions. The result was a disappointing degradation
