Solaris 10 and Netbackup Enterprise Server 6.5

Does anyone have knowledge of installing this version of Netbackup on
a Solaris 10 system without having to install the Symantec
Infrastructure Core Services?

It's extra software Symantec has added to the Netbackup package
starting with version 6.5. My guess is it gives symantec a common
framework of sorts for the rest of their software. It requires the
addition of several VRTS packages (VRTSat, VRTSaz, VRTSpbx, etc), that
apparently talk to each other.

I presume you're not running it.

My mistake- it's 6.0MP4 here, not 6.5

Their CLI installers are weird in that you can sometimes set/unset
things in non-obvious places. I don't have access to my notes here
though.
