  1. Severe iSCSI Issues (

    I came in to work and today the iSCSI Disk we have on Windows 2003 Server was
    inactivated. As I reactivated it it casued it to Blue Screen and restart.

    Before it restarted it appeared to have received a error message in the
    System log that said: Event ID: 2 Source LDM The disk group has been
    disabled. (C100001C).

    When it restarted: Event ID 1003 Source: System Error Error code 0000007f,
    parameter1 00000008, parameter2 f773ffe0, parameter3 00000000, parameter4
    00000000.

    it sounds like you are using dynamic disks. With the software initiator,
    this is not supported - the user's guide documents this restriction.
