openssh: authenticate with BOTH password AND rsa key - SSH

This is a discussion on openssh: authenticate with BOTH password AND rsa key - SSH ; There was a thread from 2001 ( http://groups.google.de/group/comp.s...e28ae3ef8dbac3 ), that it doesn't jet implemented in OpenSSH, but the option was AuthOrder2 - which I couldnt find on the Man-Page of sshd_config(5). Is there probably any new option or smth. like ...

    The vanilla source doesn't support that. There's an open enhancement
    request with a couple of patches but it's not part of the main code yet.
